Shockwave Flash

Post by Richard1296 »

Is shockwave flash necessary for Thunderbird. My only choices are "never activate"
and "always activate", with "ask" being greyed out and unavailable.

How often do you watch Flash videos in Thunderbird?

Flash is installed system wide, may be necessary for some sites in Firefox, and can't be removed from Thunderbird. Set it to "Never Activate" and forget it.

Thanks...and you answered my next question on if it can be removed.
I'll set it to never activate.

Thank You
