Agreed.
Seems to not know exactly what he wants.

Simple answer to that: unsubscribe from the thread and don't visit it again./me sick and tired.
But it's been locked now so the issue is "resolved."

Re: Moderation / Spam / Login Activation Requests
i never subscribe a thread
i will have a look into from time to time, but if someone dont want to get the point and redirect its view to the things...
as you could read my patience has run out nevertheless i gave him options to clear up the situation.

What sort of man would put a known criminal in charge of a major branch of government? Apart from, say, the average voter.

Re: Moderation / Spam / Login Activation Requests
Then there is no reason for you to visit a thread after you find yourself reaching the end of your patience and absolutely no reason for you to post belligerent remarks with no intention to provide support to the poster. Just leave the thread and forget about it.if someone dont want to get the point and redirect its view to the things...
as you could read my patience has run out

This thread might be of more use to people if moved to Tech. Every single problem there relates to the Windows OS and how it was set up. All programs, including Firefox, would then run into exactly the same issues.

So moved.
It would appear to be an OS error.

Username: (therube)
Subject: cannot sign in
i enter my pass with CAPS
which immediately reply's back with
"You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to solve the CAPTCHA below."
(which isn't true, well, unless the max allowed number is 1, anyhow)
there is no (Google) captcha, but instead, a "how many letters in" question (just like this post is asking)
which, with my UN & correct PW & correct "how many" answer, is still not accepting my login
instead, once again, saying
"You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to solve the CAPTCHA below."
(Also, "Mozilla?:", is rather arbitrary, as in is the ? supposed to be counted or not? So 7 or 8? In either case, neither seems to help.
Are "letters" only alpa-chars or is ? a "letter" too?)
thanks.
