Session didn't get restored

FFox didn't restore my session and I really need to get these tabs back. I found this guide on Reddit

and I'm just wondering whether these are the most up to date instructions and whether they're good. It's only a year old so I imagine it is, but I'm really paranoid about losing this session irrevocably, because I really need these tabs back.

Basically sounds OK.
