About Clang:
Non PGO builds are now mostly about as fast as PGO builds were before. PGO is not yet enabled with Clang.

There are file size regressions, because Clang compiles bigger but faster code.

Regarding Clang-cl, are Win7 users supposed to see the speed improvements too, or is this only for Win10 ?

Is there a bug for the messed up tooltips > ?

Different themes, Dark/Light/Default all behave differently or not at all. With the Light theme tootlip is there but there is no white-background around the tooltip to 'accent' the tip.

I believe this all started with bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1461798 <- Migrate <tooltip> to a Custom Element

Likely another case of Mozilla getting the cart-before-the-horse.

EDIT: welcome back....

EDIT: July 12, 2018 looks like today's Nightly fixed the issue with the tooltips.

I didn't notice any performance hit with that video. I loaded other tabs at the same time and didn't notice anything.

I'm using Linux. I first tried with yesterday's build second and then installed the update and tried again with today's build. I didn't see any difference.
