Oddly, when I do a search all I get are posts saying that there is no status bar anymore. Well, in 61.0.1 I have a floating status bar at the very bottom-left of the screen. It disappears with no activity.
Anyway, I'm running a black theme (userChrome.css) and I'm wondering if the status bar can be changed?
Thanks!
Is there a way to change the color of the white status bar?

if you speak about the link preview at mouse over link, that should only appear in this case. search for the code in your userchrome. if you have found it then change font-color: #fff !important; and background-color: #000 !important; (white text on black)ell, in 61.0.1 I have a floating status bar at the very bottom-left of the screen. It disappears with no activity.

You can also use this add-on to change the color of the tooltip and have it popup where the link is, rather than in the lower left corner.

Try this:
http://kb.mozillazine.org/UserChrome.css
Code: Select all
/* Firefox userChrome.css */
@namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul");
#statuspanel-label {
-moz-appearance: none !important;
background-color: orange !important;
color: white !important;
}
