Messages with this --

-- are often caused by a web firewall or similar intermediary trying to blunt a DDOS attack from a particular IP address ranges. The block usually lifts after a few hours.

Access Denied error
Is that on loading the page or somewhere in the login process itself?

I'll not that sometimes an "irregular" useragent can cause that type of message.
Get the denial as soon as the page loads.

Your response is a little too cryptic for me to understand. What do you mean by "forget about this site?"

The block has not lifted. I'm going to call Humana's IT to get this straightened out.

Get out of the sun and read carefully; that is what he said.

Also trying a temp profile is likely a lot easier than hanging on the phone forever....... while waiting for Humana tech support.

Further more as noted previously I had no problem with the site using FF61.0.1

i did a query with google and found a lot of
"Access Denied" "You don't have permission to access" "Reference"
ebay, steam, akamai and other servers. if not server error its always an ip block.
currently running a fresh profile and no luck and it do not matter here if ssl or not.

not sure if you meant me but we had clouds today ;)
