I'll not that sometimes an "irregular" useragent can cause that type of message.

good idea. blocked here in any browser, maybe a continental limited access for usa only?I'm going to call Humana's IT to get this straightened out.

Also trying a temp profile is likely a lot easier than hanging on the phone forever....... while waiting for Humana tech support.
Further more as noted previously I had no problem with the site using FF61.0.1

i did a query with google and found a lot of
"Access Denied" "You don't have permission to access" "Reference"
ebay, steam, akamai and other servers. if not server error its always an ip block.
currently running a fresh profile and no luck and it do not matter here if ssl or not.
