Hi, I have some icons on the screen that always stay on top. I cannot change their behavior and every time I start FFx I have to drag it an inch or so to the Right so I can get to the Address bar.
I have searched and tried everything I have read but still it starts hard at Top-Left.
Have the devs forgotten that humans are using this?
Thanks
Any way to save the sceen position?

Is xulstore.js still used in Quantum, can't recall?
If not, it will be some .json that performs similar function.
General idea; exit FF, rename file, start FF, drag to your wanted position, exit FF, start FF, see if maintained position...
Toolbar or windows layout not working
(Over time, I've never known Mozilla to maintain window sizing. Position has never been a concern to me.)

Fire 750, bring back 250.

It appears not as a full file scan did not turn it uptherube wrote:Is xulstore.js still used in Quantum, can't recall?
Good, then let's have the devs design stuff to suit just you.therube wrote:Position has never been a concern to me.

The screen position data for the main window ( i.e. chrome://browser/content/browser.xul ) is in the xulstore.json file in the profile directory.
