[Solved]messeges as attachments

i have 3 incoming messages & 4 outgoing messages which i want to send as files (attachments) to another person.
is it possible and how

Select the message in the message list pane, right click on any of the selected message, then click on "Forward as attachment" in the context menu.

If the messages are in different folders, it may be easier to drag them from the Threads Pane (message list) and drop them on a Write window to the right of the addressing area.
