Having some shutdown issues. For whatever reason, a process is not closing fast enough.

Yet, when I visit https://www.youtube.com/testtube , it displayed "AV1 decoding is not available on this browser yet."
I am currently using Version 64.0a1 Build ID 20180913100107.
What did I miss?

Support for AV1 in MP4 within Media Source is available in Chrome 70, and Firefox Nightly builds newer than September 13 with the media.av1.enabled and media.mediasource.experimental.enabled prefs set.

14th build isn't out yet.

I understand that WebRender makes use of GPU for rendering. But on https://www.arena.net/en (don't scroll past the first panel):
WR on: 25-40% CPU, 100% GPU
WR off (gfx.webrender.force-disabled;true): 10-15% CPU, 25% GPU

Is it an expected behaviour for WR?

It can be. There are many edge cases, where WebRender doesn't cache yet and therefore consumes a lot of ressources.

WR is not enabled by default for me. Look at my specs. Perhaps the Nightly update delay has the patch for it.

0914 build is out and I can enable AV1 at youtube. I don't have to set media.mediasource.experimental.enabled to true; only media.av1.enabled (no restart needed).

Tested AV1, looks like 720p and 1080p randomly freeze up, 1080p happens more often with 720p rarely. It uses higher bandwidth than VP9 and h264 but AV1 480p looks closer to VP9 720p than VP9 480p.
