Hi there
I am running SeaMonkey 2.49.2 on Mac OS High Sierra.
It's been very slow so I'm trying to delete all cookies. But I cannot find a way to delete all cookies..I get to "Cookies only" but can't select them all and can only go 1 by 1 through the domains. How can I select multiple or all cookies, as there are hundreds? And is there a preference I should choose so I don't have to go through this again?
Thanks so much.

Use the old cookie viewer. Enter this in the location bar:
chrome://communicator/content/permissions/cookieViewer.xul
I only allow cookies for the current session and block third party cookies.

Wow, that was amazing - thanks!!
And I set the preferences you suggested, too.
Hopefully that will speed things up.
Thanks again!

Tool->Clear Private data could also be used but the old cookie viewer is faster
You should update to 2.49.4. Has security fixes up to 52.9 in and should work fine.
