How can I stop SM mail from switching focus every time I click on a link in a e-mail?
I want the page to open in the browser, but I don't want to leave SM mail every time a link is clicked. In FF there is a entry under Options/Tabs/ "When you open a link in a new tab switch to it immediately" that can be unchecked. I don't see that here in SM. If there isn't an entry including the "about" list, is there a work around? Chrome-Dome or any other browser that doesn't even have a Menu Bar (which should be standard for all programs) makes it a poor browser! Stop following M$'s lousy O/S.
![]() Right click link in Email and select 'Open in New Tab'. Should be easier than that, but SM is what it is.

Or just middle-click the link. ![]()
Assuming you 'just' even have middle click. If not, then do Ctrl + left click. Metal Lion latest SeaMonkey & Thunderbird Themes - Sea Monkey and Silver Sea Monkey

I forget two-button mice were a thing sometimes. The mice I've had that predate scroll wheels were all 3-button. Yes, I have a middle button scroll wheel, but for almost 20 years, I only use the scroll wheel.
Another annoyance and something more to remember. And before someone says something, I have memory problems. ![]() Chrome-Dome or any other browser that doesn't even have a Menu Bar (which should be standard for all programs) makes it a poor browser! Stop following M$'s lousy O/S.
