I've never had success with addons, or at least the ones I've tried in the past, that are supposed to let you highlight sections of a website webpage, then have those highlights 'stick' when you either print or save the page(s).
Is there an addon that does this with reasonable intuitiveness?

Copying just a section of text should work without an extension or add-on by highlighting the text and with a right click hit the copy in the popup menu.
If the text is in an image you would have to right click on the image and use save image as. .
If it is an area of the page with a mix of images and text you may have to right click with the cursor in an empty area and select save the page which triggers . . .
. . . a panel with options for what to save in the lower right of the panel.
You could then print after saving.

Doesn't matter what you say, it's wrong for a toaster to walk around the house and talk to you

I had to set the following option to get the highlights to stick.
