Export TB only one account

HI,

I have win 10 1809 and TB 60.5.3 - 32 bit

I want to take just 1 account to another PC.

What is the best way to do this please?

Install Thunderbird on the new machine and create just that one account. If that account was set up on the original machine as a POP type account, use the ImportExportTools extension to transfer the data from that account to the new machine. If the account was being accessed as an IMAP account, the messages should immediatily appear on the new machine as they were being stored on the server.
To duplicate the address book data from the older system, copy over the files abook.mab and history.mab to the new machine.
