Lost the RH Calendar: don't know how to put it back. Can't view add-ons. nor Thunderbird version

Try pressing the Alt key and "H" key at the same time to display the Help menu. Then select "About Mozilla Thunderbird" to see what version is running.

Press the Alt key and the "T" key at the same time to display the Tools menu and then select "Addons" to see the list of installed extensions.

To avoid the issue in the future, press the Alt key and the "V" key at the same time and then select "Toolbars"->"Menu Bar".

No, reinstalling the program would not normally remove existing extensions. Some extensions might not work but they should still be there. Perhaps a new profile was created when you installed the older version.

Thanks sir.. Everything n9w is working fine now except when I open it blind it opens to the top message & I would want the bottom (last) message would snow I wouldn't have to scroll! Is there an add-on to produce that? I include the data for you:
