Re: SeaMonkey mail file lost
How is the account set up in SeaMonkey, as POP or IMAP?

You should use the Mac's "find" function to search for a file with the name of the missing folder. There might be two files, one with the file name extension .msf and one with no file name extension.

Re: SeaMonkey mail file lost (Mac)
Thank you.
It did not work for me, so I turned to my Time Machine weekly back ups. Found it on my second last back up - 10 days ago. I may miss 2-3 emails which is no big deal as it contains exchange with my daughter. It surely pays to back up. I do that twice - weekly on one external HD and monthly on another. Great investment. Will go the Cloud way as soon as my 5 year old MacBookPro will pack up. So far it seems the machine has no intention to do that.
Enjoy Easter!
