Notify me when a reply is posted + doesn't!

I am not receiving notifications when replies are posted

I have it selected.

I am running FF ver 52.9.0 64bit and win 10 pro
I recently upgraded to this version

The reply notification sometimes worked in the earlier version and sometimes works in this version

BUT mostly, it doesn't

It likely has nothing to do with Firefox as that is controlled by the forum software. WHERE do you have the notification option set? On a per topic basis or under the User Control Panel?

I have the box checked below where I post the message, I believe it must be per topic.

I just looked in the User Control Panel, but could not find an option to select "notify me when repply posted"

PS... I did not receive a notification for this topic, I came baack here manually to see if there were any replies

Go to the User Control Panel then click on "Board Preferences" then on "Edit Posting Defaults". Enable "Notify me upon replies by default:".

It was already enabled

In any event, I selected reset, then submit, and see what happens

I did not receive a notification from your last post either
Maybe, next one I will be luckier <smiles>
