So... what is the name of the extension?
The name is BiDi Mail UI.
It does not work for me since SeaMonkey 2.40

The name is BiDi Mail UI and it's dead in versions later than 2.40

And what, this is for Mail, not the browser itself?

I do not know what version it is.
Yes, it is for mail only.
From discussion with its creator in January 2017, it seemed to me he lost interest in it and was not going to invest more time in updating it to support SeaMonkey > 2.40 .
Great pity!

What does Addons Manager show?
Fire 750, bring back 250.

The SeaMonkey and T/Bird Addons Managers have the same coding as the Firefox Addons Manager - you just click the extension's 'More' link to see the version number.

You can also do Menu>Help>Trouble Shooting Info> and pick up all the extension details from there.
