I want to give the settings on a VDI for all users. I know that I can set it in pref.js file and so on but therefore the profile has to be created. On a VDI the user profile always gets created newly when the user logs on and therefore I want to give settings to all profiles etc.
Is there a way I can do this?
Any help is appreciated!

Virtual desktop infrastructure that means it's a virtual Desktop. We use VMware VDI's with non persistent storage in our meeting room's. Everything on the vdi gets deleted when you shut down the virtual desktop. That's the reason why there's no profile even when the same user logs in again the next time.

Thanks.
Is the Profile in the same location, under the same name, each time?
Or otherwise determinable?
Or specifiable?
If so, you could start FF from a batch file that would throw your wanted prefs.js (user.js) into the wanted location prior to FF loading.
