Shouldn't this say "The official Firefox 69 Beta 3 builds are out"?

therre technically is NO Beta3, afaik its an internal Beta only. Beta1 an 2 an 3 are all internal Beta's, Beta4 onwards are public builds
What makes it an "internal Beta only" vs. "public builds" since I update only using the internal updaters and the Beta channel updated from the RC to 69.0b3 via Help -> About Firefox? Or is it a case that if one does not use Help -> About Firefox one won't automatically get it?

In Dev I saw 0b1, 0b2, and now 0b3, but again I was launching updates via Help -> About Firefox.

Uh oh....latest nightly failed to load userchrome.css again....

toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to true,
browser.urlbar.quantumbar to false,

What else did I miss in order to get firefox to load my userchrome.css?

Edit: Somehow firefox suddenly load my userchrome.css again.

Edit: "Search with - Google" still there....even though browser.urlbar.quantumbar is false.......

Fixed with new css code. :D

very easy to reproduce. If you watch the task-monitor it 'seems to close immediately , however quickly starting up browser results is 3-5 second delay followed by 'Already running, not responding Clicking the 'Close Firefox' button restarts the browser is just a second or two.
