Message Pane Header/Title Block size. [Linux.]

Is it possible to change the Message Pane Header/Title Block box size or text size (From/Subject/Reply to/To)? Trying to shink the area between the list of emails and the preview.
Layout: Classic / Folder Pane / Message Pane
Older Netbook with 10" screen
Thunderbird 60.8.0 (32-bit) running on LUbuntu 18.10

Not what I am looking for but was benificial.

The pane I want to reduce in size is visible when I first open Thunderbird and I and Viewing emails.
The pane on the left show all my email accounts and their respective folders. The pane on the right is sepatated into 3 sections:
a) list of emails
b) Details of selected email (From / Subject / Reply to / To) and Action Buttons (Reply / Forward / Archive / Junk / Delete...)
c) Preview of selected email
It is the middle section showing the Details of the selected I would like to reduce in size.

I think if you try the Compact Header addon, you will get the effect you are looking to achieve.

The compact header add-on that JYLD mentioned is at https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/th ... actheader/ , and should do what you want. You will need to restart Thunderbird after installing that add-on. I assume you know how to install a downloaded add-on.

Be aware that you will lose the toolbar (for the message pane) when you configure it to display the headers in one line. However, you can still right click on the message and choose the appropriate action from the context menu.
