Save Password after first time ?

Post by P38Usul »

If I don't save the password the first time it asks it will not ask again and I have not found a way to make it ask again.
How can I make it ask again?

Try removing the website in the exceptions dialog.

* open about:preferences#privacy
* click exceptions in logins and passwords section
* remove website

You can find a Key icon at the left end of the location bar that you can click to open the dialog to save the password.
This dialog has a button labeled "Don't Save" and a button labeled "Save".
The "Don't Save" button has a drop marker next to it that you can click to get "Never Save" to create a password block exception.

I have no key icon.
I did find an add on called "Save my Password" which has cured the problem.
