I wonder if this is due to a security block, or else:
Since I upgraded to Mojave, whenever I compose a mail, the tools available in the toolbar like centre or right-left align, insert image or link, emoticons etc, are available only one time and then no more. If I compose a new mail, it again works once, and is then deactivated. Starting in safe mode doesn't change the problem. SeaMonkey 2.49.4, Java is 8 revision 221.
I would be grateful if someone could point a fix for this.

Re: Mail toolbar items work one time, and then no more.
2.49.4 has known problems with 10.14 and up. Probably fixed in the soon to arrive 2.49.5. RC3 and also the planned final build is here:
https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/seamonk ... uild3/mac/
It is only provided as an x64 version only because of an upgraded compiler and dev environment. The java plugin will no longer work. Only Flash is supported for pure x64 builds.

So it's a compatibility issue and it will be fixed in just a matter of time? Good news.
Thank you for that info and thanks to the working team!
