SeaMonkey Homepage "Untrusted Connection"
I always had my homepage set to SeaMonkeys default hompage. To be specific, it is http://www.seamonkey-project.org/start/. However, now all of a sudden I get an error page within this same browser stating at the top, "Untrusted Connection," and some explanation about an expired security certificate. I know that at previous times I have actually had the page load, and other times the page opens blank. Within SeaMonkey Browser itself, this is major. This system is Windows 7 64-Bit with SeaMonkey as my default email client, not my default browser. Though I use other browsers more, the default is IE11. Hopefully I will not keep this Windows system long and will not upgrade to 10. Why won't this browser open to its own welcome page.

We know and hopefully it will be fixed soon as it is not a issue with any web browsers. http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic ... &t=3054846

I thought that had been taken care of?
(Looks to be working on my end. New install of 2.53, new to computer copy of existing 2.49 Profile.)

The certificate for http://www.seamonkey-project.org/ was fixed ten days ago as per Bug#1580858 mentioned in thread.

(Oops, sorry about that. I was looking for "current topics", & somehow this one looked "current" to me.
So when I saw the question about the cert, which as far as I knew had been fixed...
And just now, it took me a couple looks to realize that this was now 10 days past its' expiration.)
