Firefox Send opens on start

I'm not sure that's normal. Whenever I start the browser, I get my page(s), but the Firefox Send page as well. I use Tab Session Manager and it doesn't show up in the saved sessions, I can't find anything related to it in options, or in about:config.

First, is this normal/does anyone else experience this? Second, how might I get rid of it?

Send or sync? On startup firefox updates its internal lists and extensions.

Send dont use cookies like other pages. it uses local storage which is to view with shift+F9

you can delete such data in settings --> about:preferences#privacy -> cache and web storage

and check again.
