[RESOLVED] How can fixbuf error be repaired linux FF
Firefox won't start from the menu, nor from the terminal using ""firefox" or "firefox -P"

I did a quick search and found a discussion about a Gtk-WARNING (different than yours) that might be helpful (if you haven't already found it):

besonen, thanks for the link. The problem resolved itself when I reinstalled FF and forgot about it. Now, I am in the process of reinstalling Linux Mint 19.3 because of problems unrelated to GTK. Will post again if I found anything problematic with this new install.
