So you do have a Profile Folder (two in fact); english & ez9zq6z7.ineuw.
(Now the latter, with only 1 item...)

So /english/ is your Profile Folder.
Don't know enough (nothing really) of the Linux end to know if the other directories are expected to also be there.

I am not looking for my profile . I know that my "english" profile there and it's working fine with all the components. In windows there is an intermediate folder named "Profiles" which stores the "english" profile folder and its contents. And this folder does not exist in Linux.

So?
In any case, create it, if you're so inclined, & then move /english/ into it (so; /Profiles/english/) & adjust things (oh, now that can be trouble in FF) to point to it.
Then they'll be in the same relative locations.

Or move the Windows side up to its parent, then it will no longer be within /Profiles/.

Or simply have them in so other location; C:\tmp\myprofiles\english\, /tmp/myprofiles/english/.
(Don't wipe out /tmp/ .)

Thank you. I won't do anything because of unforeseen changes by the developers. I was just curious about the reasons for both approaches. And now, just as the developers have moved on from this subject long ago, so will I. Thanks again.
