I'm not that familiar with the browser toolbox, every time I try I can't get the element I want to show up so I go back to playing with the code.
With the twoi have tried to apply negative margins and it didn't work.
I've conceeded there is no way to change or fix this. I'm sure with FF 77 they will break something else and I'll be back complaining again and asking for help.
Thanks to both

I normally just select an item in the left panel in the Inspector in the Browser Toolbox and use the cursor down to see what item is highlight in the user interface.
If necessary then I expand collapsed containers in the left panel.

I could not get the highlighted element to show up on the main browser. I'll play with it again. Thanks
