Playing video on Foxnews. [Linux.]

I'm using FF 68.9 esr with opensuse leap 15.
How do I get video to play on https://www.foxnews.com/

Do you have FFmpeg installed as it is not installed by default in most to all Linux distro installs and is needed for the codecs to fully support HTML5 players. Gstreamer has not been used by Firefox for a long while now.

I can't let this one slide!

The Debian sid distro I am using at the moment has gstreamer only and no ffmpeg.

Fox News video has always performed correctly as well as that test page.

Carry on!

Almost forgot, NoScript has to allow the video also.

You do need FFmpeg to fully support HTML5 though. I wish Youtube kept the http://www.youtube.com/html5 page the way it was before as it was a simple way to see if you support the six different things or not.

Firefox has not used Gstreamer for a long time now since Firefox 46.0 (April 26, 2016) and later. See Bug#1234092 for reading.
