Quick Reply is temporarily disabled

At the bottom of each message received I see text that "Quick Reply is temporarily disabled due to needing rewriting for Thunderbird 68+". The text is self-explanatory, but I'm wondering what the status of this rewrite is. I'm running Windows 10.

That function is not coming from Thunderbird itself but from an extension. You'd have to ask the extension's author about the status of any pending updates.

Thank you. I'll investigate in order to find out which extension is causing this issue.

EDIT: The extension concerned is Thunderbird Conversations.
