I cant access my google voice messages, call history or voicemail. All I see is an endless swirly circle like its trying to load them up. How do I fix this?
![]() Were you able to access that site previously using Firefox?
Did you just update the program? Have you tried starting Firefox in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
Yes i was able to previously access it with ff. FF is up to date. I tried safe mode and the same thing happens. What do you suggest? ![]() If no improvement using Safe Mode, do you have the same problem if you create a new profile and test it with no extensions or non-default themes installed?

Hi.. sorry for my late reply. The current profile I'm suing is new and still google voice doesnt work on it. What do you suggest? ![]() When you created the new profile, did you test things before adding any extensions to Firefox?
Yes of course. I cleared cookies for google. And was able to get all my voicemail. But then the next day it stopped working and saw that endless loading spiral again. I do have cookiesautodelete if that has anything to do with this. What do you suggest? . ![]()
It's possible. You should try adding cookies for Google (or at least Google Voice) as exceptions so they won't be auto-deleted.
But I did. The only thing I didnt add on CAD was 'keep in local storage." But I really dont think it will do anything. So what do you suggest? --EDIT-- So it looks like the only way to see my voicemail and call history is if I sign back into google voice. This makes 0 sense since I saved all my google voice and google cookies in the CAD addon. Do you know how I can access google voice without having to sign in after I open ff? . ![]() To what are you referring when you speak of CAD?
Cookie AutoDelete ?

Dan.. could you give me some suggestions at this point? ![]() Don’t use it and know nothing about it.
