the scrolling issue aint that severe . i mainly see it on twitter,

I only recently started seeing an issue with scrolling while the page is loading on release channel, I have a feeling it was the last NoScript update.

i only have 3 Extensions, Ubo 1.29.0 an Firefox Account Extension an the Facebook Container but i will disable the container Extension an see how i gop

Scrolling issue looks like it might be caused by this patch.

1418822 - Rolling the mouse wheel 1 notch/tick does not scroll as much distance as Chrome and Edge, making scrolling feel slow

Scrolling really sucks now. I spent a lot of time way back when to customize all the prefs regarding scrolling. It was smooth as silk. Now with this patch scrolling is crapola. Try as I may I can't get scrolling working like it used to.
