Lost bookmarks toolbar

When I imported my bookmarks, I lost my bookmarks toolbar.
It is in my bookmarks, but no longer shows at the top.

Can I get it back?

From the menu toolbar, open Show/Hide and put a checkmark next to Bookmarks Toolbar.

I do not understand "twisty".

It's more usually called a grippy. Look for a short, speckled strip just to the left of the toolbars, if one (or more) is horizontal, click it to make it vertical.

the problem with lost bookmarks toolbar is that is imported as a normal subfolder in bookmarks.

To get the boomarks toolbar back you need to move the content of the Bookmarks Toolbar folder at the end of Bookmarks Menu to the top folder Bookmarks Toolbar in the Library manager in the node All Bookmarks.
