Forwarding an email all-inclusive

Is there some way to forward an email that is complete as received including with the attachment(s)?

Simply forwarding the message should do exactly what you describe. What is happening now when you forward? Are attachments not being received by the recipient of your forwarded messages? Are they real attachments or are they embedded elements (usually images) in the body of the message that you received.?

Dan, yes the recipient evidently receives everything.

Once I click <Forward> for the email, how can I make SM display the forwarded email's text below my signature so that I can edit it before I click <Send>?

Menu path Edit->Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings->click on "Composition & Addressing under the account involved. Make sure that "Automatically quote the original message when replying" is checked and then select the option you want next to "When quoting".

Dan, yes, that is the way I have always been setup with the quoting for replies and forwarding. It works for replying but only includes the signature for forwarding.

Inline: the text and selected headers of the original email are included in the body of the outgoing message.
Attachment: the full original and all headers are formed into an entity which is attached to the outgoing message.

Default is set in Preferences -> Mail & Newsgroups -> Composition
Change on the fly with Menu item Message -> Forward As

Yes, thanks, I believe that is what I want so I've changed the setting to forward messages inline.
