Filter about:config

What's the point of disallowing deep linking with about:config, but not with the config.xhtml page.

We explicitly decided to disallow deep linking into internal settings to reduce attack surface, present and potential.

Add ability to filter by about:config pref directly (WONTFIX)

Succeeds:

chrome://global/content/config.xhtml?filter=security.tls.version
