Mouse wheel problem with 82.0.3 Windows 10 Pro

With the last update, my mouse wheel does not scroll properly on most web pages. I have made no changes to Firefox in a very long time. No problems until this last update. To be sure it was a Firefox problem, not a Windows problem, I tried Brave, Chrome and Edge. All work correctly with mouse wheel except Firefox 82.0.3.

Sometimes it will not work at all, sometimes it just lags and sometimes it will start out slow and then slowly return to normal and on occasion will work correctly. The problem is very erratic. I used Brave for several hours on different days and never a problem

Ironically, it does scroll properly on this forum Index page!

Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
