It opens and seems to be a shadow copy of the real forum. As I recall, that 'test' forum was used only once for real and that was a dozen+ years ago.
If we actually had an admin, that spam loophole could probably be closed. Well, we do have an admin, who as recently as November 20th found time to post again on his Twitter account, I mean we just don't have 'an active admin', if you see what I mean.
