Filter out facebook posts

On Facebook, how can one hide posts of a certain topic or containing specific keywords from showing up on the newsfeed?
Is there any addon that lets you do this?

First one filters only ads and suggested posts from fb but not by keyword
The second.. well wants me to sign up.. so I don't like that.. anyway thanks for the help ; )
