Hi all, I have another issue: on SM I don't see 2nd level subfolders in subscription list.
So, I see Inbox->Folder1 but not Inbox->Folder1->Folder2
Mail account is on O365.
Any idea?

Re: IMAP missing subfolders on SM
Ask your e-mail provider if they allow such structure (sub-sub-folders). For me it works but I'm not using O365 account.nikos_bo wrote:Any suggestion?
On the other hand...
Maybe it is problem with subscription:
Select your IMAP account -> click with RMB -> choose "Subscribe" -> select folder/sub-folders you want (I can't show this with "example.net")
You can disable function that allows subscribed folders only:
Select IMAP account -> click with RMB -> choose "Settings" -> Server Settings -> click "Advanced" button -> disable "Show only subscribed folders" -> make sure that bellow option "Server supports folders that contain sub-folders and messages" is enabled (by default it is)
If it will not work than it's Office 365 account problem.

Re: IMAP missing subfolders on SM
Today I've fixed maybe with this changement
Select IMAP account -> click with RMB -> choose "Settings" -> Server Settings -> click "Advanced" button -> disable "Show only subscribed folders"
I write maybe because I think I tried it some weeks ago without success. Today I tried again after checking that from smartphone I could see subfolders and after SM reload subfolders showed up. Maybe I had to close and open the inbound folder to force a view refresh.
