landscape?
I wonder... will Minimo support landscape viewing? It would be certainly an advantage over PocketIE! (speaking from a PPC2002 user's view)

Can't you use Nyditot (or whatever it was called...) to rotate IE as well? Never tried it, and now with my 2003SE device I don't need to (built-in rotation).
Minimo doesn't work rotated in 2003SE, though. Well... it runs if I rotate the screen, it just isn't aware of it and shows just part of the window.
That said, I do hope Minimo will support both landscape mode and VGA screens natively on 2003SE devices eventually...

Hello!
Right now Minimo does not switch 'on the fly' when using landscape. It leaves empty space. Starting minimo in landscape does work as lorcro2000 said. This is a known bug and will be worked out in future releases. Thanks!

What would you call offical? . Releases come out at varrying dates. .006 w/ a new user interface and possible XUL support should be soon enough. Version 1.0 is perhaps a year away right now.

You wont ever find it on the firefox download page unless Minimo gets rebranded. Right now it is its own project, own entity and not 'part' of firefox. Dont think of minimo as 'firefox for the pda' its based on firefox but its a whole other animal. Does that make sense?
