Hotmail does not display properly

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7
WinXP Pro

I go from Mozilla to the hotmail site and type in my password etc, but when it opens in the browser the address book is garbled and messages are all run together: there are also strange symbols interspersed between the words.
Could someone advise me on this

For me, the sign out button doesn't show up in hotmail unless I use firefox in safe mode. Not a huge thing as I just use mozilla for hotmail and another page which firefox doesn't work properly.

try deleting Cache under Tools and "clear Private Data".
