Feedback needed for cairo builds.
Cairo specific bugs should be under:
- Product : Core
- Component: GFX: Thebes
- Status Whiteboard : cairo
- cc: vladimir(at)pobox.com and pavlov(at)pavlov.net
currently known issues: printing, fonts, general performance and crash with options window
Talkback will be enabled in cairo builds asap
Try to compare daily normal builds with cairo builds to determine if it's a general regression/bug or cairo specific

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060125 Firefox/1.6a1 ID:2006012505

I just did the auto-update to the latest nightly, and now firefox crashes on startup for me.
TB14400658H

edit: looks like an extension problem.
fresh profile works.
old profile usually crashes, but when it does start up, i get a grey strip at the bottom of the browser with "<menuseparator id="btn_closedwindows-startSeperator" hidden="true"/>" written in red.

edit2: appears to be TabMixPlus 0.3 causing the problem. (ACTUALLY IT'S NOT!!)

edit3: disabled and re-enabled tabmixplus 0.3 and now things seem to work fine; except for ForcastFox, which is returning 'Formed Error' msg instead of the nice weather icons. (ForcastFox still working OK on branch tho).

edit4: With a new profile, getting lots of the strange grey bar at the bottom of some of the option tabs too. something is wrong!

edit5: filed #324641[Firefox:General]-Grey bar at bottom of options window. [Win]

Known and old problem. Did Linky work with older trunk builds?

BBCode is also broken in today's build. I also got the xul error message at the bottom. Although I didn't notice it affecting other extensions. But it did result in messed up rendering on AMO and it also broke horizontal scrolling. All seems well after disabling it. Then I uninstalled it.

Current trunk broke ViewSourceWith and WebDeveloper extension. Got also a strange flickering cursor.
NTT is not working and more.

Edit:
Back with ViewWithSource and WebDeveloper disabled.
NTT working again.
Options screwed.

Edit2:
BBCode working for me. ;)

Edit3:
After uninstall Webdeveloper and reinstalling NoScript and BBCode broke. NoScript came back after disable/enable but BBCode stays broken. Trying to disable and reenable BBCode breaks NoScript. :?

More Cairo regressions:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=324611

Also, it's looking to me like https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=175656 is back with the Cairo builds, can anyone else confirm?

I see the opposite in Luna. Some tabs have more space than they should between them. And like before it only happens when certain tabs are active. Perhaps it's another units bug which will get fixed when bug 177805 gets fixed. Which I forget where I saw it but that bug fix is supposed to land after the cairo switch.

Also I have yet to see a problem with the options dialog in either the regular trunk or cairo build from today.

There's a whole truckload of 1px rounding bugs out there. Maybe to do with one of them?

I update from the 20061224 Nightly to current Nightly [Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060125 Firefox/1.6a1 ID:2006012505] with my Extensiontest-profile and have some strange experiences:
1. Start: Many XUL-Error in the statusbar (i think) related to ScrapBook, so i disable this extension and restart.
2. Start: 3 XUL-Errors left. I test a few extensions for updates manual and find Updates for "All-In-One Sidebar" and "Gmail Manager". Update & restart Fx.
3. Start: Crash -> TB14401733H
4. Start: 1 XUL-Error left. I thought it is related to "Stop-or-Reload Button", so i disable this extension and restart.
5. Start: Crash -> TB14401956Z
6. Start: Crash -> TB14401972W
7. Start: The XUL-Error is shown again. I enable "Stop-or-Reload Button".
8. Start: no errors.
9. Start: no errors. so i enable ScrapBook.
10. Start: no errors.
I start Fx several times again. no errors. Now, 15 Start after the update, all extensions work(=no crash) for me, but this crashes are a bit cryptical ...
