Whenever I click a link that opens a new, small window, the window opened is set too small, and I can not view all the information. It is also not possible to resize the window, which constitutes my problem. I would be very thankful if anyone has a solution...
thanks

1. Try again on Firefox-Safe-Mode. if it's Ok, your extensions caused the problem. if not OK, try no.2.
2. Create new profile and try again. 3. Check virus or adware.

It's possible you just need to change your javascript settings to prevent the window from being resized. i'm not on my com so i can't check right now, but it's something like tools > options > content > javascript advanced. uncheck "resize windows" and see if it works.

I think this is the too-small-popups issue. I don't know what causes it, but to make all the windows resizable, type about:config to location bar and hit enter. Find dom.disable_window_open_feature.resizable and set it to true by double clicking on value.
(I've seen this happen and it wasn't an extension nor spyware. The setting azmar mentions controls if non-chrome javascript is allowed to resize windows.)

Here is an overview of all the dom.disable_window_open_feature prefs: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic ... 73#2076773
