TL-

My only minor complaint is that (using XerBlades SS above) tha when I click on the "Alerts" tab, it changes places with the "Toolbar" tab and never reverts back to the original position. Everything else works as advertized, so I can't really bitch. I do like what the extension offers. 8-)

Hey, I can see the visual funkyness with the RedShift theme but I am not gettings the "Alerts" tab changing places with the "Toolbar" tab behaviour. That is something totally unrelated. I just clicked on "Options..." then the "Alert" tab and everything looks fine. Let me know if you are still experiencing this. Thanks.

I will make the appearance better with those themes.

I have another problem with UN 0.1.2: When I have this version installed, the stuff I write in forms (such as the searchbox) doesn't get saved anymore. After restarting Firefox, the new entries are lost.

Here are a before and after screenshot in which the "Alerts" tab changes position. I just switched over to the RedShift theme, also.

Yeah, that is definitely not the extension doing that. The tabs are hard-coded and aren't created on the fly so they shouldn't switch around like that. I know the RedShift theme hides options and such that are disabled so maybe it is doing something with the tab order. Also, I tried it with RedShift and couldn't reproduce. Very strange...

I resolved the theme appearance and have that updated shortly here.

Maybe it's a conflict with another extension then. It's not that big of a deal, though. Thanks for looking into it!

Are there any known conflicts with other extensions?

I can't reproduce that issue, either. Must be something else you have that's causing it somehow.
Your tab lower border looks a little weird to me as well (mine is solid). Do you have a userChrome mod or something that messes with that?

Actually, no. I have very few userChrome mods, and none that should have anything to do with UN 1.2.

So anything at all, extension, whatever, otherwise that in any way even affects tabs in general?

All right, that response confused me a bit, so it seems there may have been an error in understanding there....
Let me rephrase. Do you have any extensions that modify tabbed browsing, or any that modify window appearance, or something like that? Whether or not you've had any issues with them before is irrelevant.

Let's see.....
I use Tab Browser Prefs
FLST
IETab
MTLI
Quick Prefs Button
UITweaker
UndoCloseTabs

These are the only ones that deal with tabs in one way or another, that I can think of.

Hmm... Could be UI Tweaker. I haven't tried it myself, but some of its features could possibly cause problems with that sort of thing. And I'm almost certain UI Tweaker's option to remove the line under unfocused tabs could be the cause of the weird formation of the tab bottom border I mentioned from your screenshot.
P.S. Note that the Update Notifier options dialog is the only thing containing tabs I have that even has a bottom border to the tab bar in RedShift. The code for this version's option dialog is obviously not exactly standard.
