I don't know excite.com but if it is not supported from webmail extension you need to try with other programs:
Freepops or HTML2POP3.
I don't know if these 2 programs supports your account domain excite.com
In this moment the page for the modules supported by Freepops is temporaneally unavailable

This is the page of Freepops supported modules:
http://www.freepops.org/en/viewplugins.php
you can try to access it from home page:
www.freepops.org
HTML2POP3 supports excite.it but I don't find anything about excite.co, this is the project page to SourceForge, you can ask for create a module for excite.com in the features request
http://sourceforge.net/projects/html2pop3/
if you want a POP3 email account more serious with 2GB of space send me your email address in PM and I send you an invitation to GMail
