Extension List Ghost Entries

Hello [FF] World,

i'm having an issue inside my extensions list where I get double entries for some extensions. The 'ghost' entry doesn't display the extension's icon or it's description.

Here's a screenshot...

I've fixed this problem in the past with the manual editing of the list file, but since then I've forgetten which file it was and haven't had the time to search for it.

Running 1.5?

Close Firefox, go to your profile directory and delete these files:
extensions.cache
compatibility.ini
extensions.ini
extensions.rdf

Restart. Firefox will recreate these files. Hopefully, your extra entries will be gone.
