opened window cannot be sized

1.503 Firefox.
Just recently a problem: Paypal's shipping page opens a printing window but instead of a large square window it now is a tall skinny window that is maximized, ie cannot benlarged or sized in any way I can figure out. Solution?

Type about:config to location bar and hit enter. Find dom.disable_window_open_feature.resizable and set it to true by double clicking on value. Now you can resize the popup window.

Thank you - I will try this out next shipment.
Why would this change all of a sudden? I tested it out in Explorer and still works like it should there.

Well, if something works on IE it guarantees nothing else. The thing is, IE doesn't support standards, so one must often write bad code to make IE work, which renders other standards compliant browsers unusable.
