Need help tracking down an extension

About a year ago I saw an extension that I liked, but never saw any use for. Well, now I do, and for the life of me I can't find it. I don't remember its name, just what it did: it allowed you to mark up a webpage, much like using the pencil in Paint to mark up pictures. Does anyone know where I can find this extension?
