AntiVir detection: urlclassifier.sqlite-jorunal

Often when I start up BonEcho, the virus scanner AntiVir Classic [http://www.free-av.com/] alerts about a file named urlclassifier.sqlite-journal (approx 100 kB in size) in the Firefox profile directory. When I tell it to ignore the file, the file just disappears, so I cannot take a look at the contents.

Is this just Firefox downloading its anti phishing data?
