Request reason why in FB, google goes straight to localised google? For e.g. when I type google.com, it goes straight to google.com.sg? (.sg being my country, singapore)
Why only in MFB, and not in Opera or IE? Just wondering Although I don't mind because the results are similar. ^_^ And erm,.. is there a way to disable it? (Just in case hehe)

I thought this was a function of your reverse DNS lookup and then Google attempts to make a decision based on this information to give you a localized version of Google.
Personally, I dislike it because even though I have EN set as my primary language, my reverse lookup defaults to .JP and I get the Japanese localized version of Google.
