Some mods might have banned the IP. An example: 192.168.*.* and everything beyond that range will be banned and affected as well.

Recommendation: PM the admin or moderator to release your IP.

If it was banned, it was most likely because someone who was using it was spamming the forums or otherwise creating problems. The IP address you posted with now is not on the list. Do you know what IP address you were using?
